The SanDisk WD Black SN770M (WDS200T3X0G) is a 2 TB NVMe SSD in a compact M.2 2230 form factor, developed for demanding mobile platforms. It uses 112-layer 3D TLC NAND (Kioxia BiCS5) without DRAM, with a Polaris MP16+ controller (SanDisk 20-82-10081). Random performance is up to 650,000 IOPS for read and 800,000 IOPS for write. It uses nCache 4.0 and supports DirectStorage. It is compatible with Windows, Linux, and portable gaming devices, and is supported by WD SSD Dashboard.
